Inspect, select, and properly use rigging gear (slings, shackles, chains, hooks);
Secure loads and guide equipment into place safely and efficiently;
Read and follow lift plans, drawings, and verbal instructions;
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all site safety requirements
