Employment DetailsSchedule: M-F (7:00am-4:00pm) 1hr lunch
Pay Rate: $26-$28/hr
Location: Sparks, NV
Position Type: Full‑time

- Follow all corporate safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
- Perform routine installations and/or maintenance on assigned products; perform log analysis of system errors during Qualification and test.
- Assist on‑job training to the internal technician in routine operation, installation, and troubleshooting of assigned products. Effectively troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software.
- Professionally interact with and understand technical information from the internal team and multi‑national, multi‑language teams.
- Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork and status reporting with supervision. Input data to the QA/QC check sheet, create a report, and submit it to the Installation Site Manager.
- Attend daily field meetings. Work with minimum supervision, recommend technical solutions to engineering groups.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines per documented requirements. Observe machines to detect abnormalities. Maintain complete and accurate records of all work done on equipment.
- Ensure health and safety in the workplace. Wear PPE such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, a face mask, and a hard hat.
- Technical school or military certification is preferred. No degree required.
- 1–2 years of knowledge of electrical diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools. Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot electromechanical devices.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player. Flexible and willing to work a compressed work week.
- Ability to work with heights (ladder, scissor lift, etc.).
- Working knowledge of digital voltmeter and oscilloscope functionality. PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Windows).
- Valid driver’s license.
May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, be on feet for 8–10 hrs at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift 50–75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
