Essential Responsibilities- Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew
- Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently
- Complete basic reports and required paperwork
- Work closely with your team to keep production moving
- Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules
- Take responsibility for your safety and your crew’s
- Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work
- Team player with a safety‑first mindset
- Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required)
- Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful
- MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we’ll provide if needed)
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test
- Rotating shifts, 10–12 hours per day
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Steady, site‑based work with long‑term opportunities
