• Practicing best insulation practices and training insulation, plaster, sealer and spray helpers.
• Installing products in accordance with collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Understanding blueprints and sketches.
• Measuring, shaping and cutting materials to specified measurements.
• Insulating, spraying, plastering, troweling, sealing, covering, wrapping, stapling, gluing and fitting insulating/sealant/foam materials.
• Reviewing daily work schedule and ensuring the truck is loaded with all required product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Completing vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unloading and staging material at the job site.
• Reporting safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintaining a clean work area at all times.
• Performing any other duties, tasks or responsibilities assigned per the collective bargaining agreements.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

• Local travel required; out‑of‑town travel as needed.
• Daily travel to job sites.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand, and perform ladder climbing as needed, including confined spaces and small areas.

$35.04 - $35.04 per hour. Actual base salary will vary based on relevant factors.
