Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company.
• Install products as allowed by the associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools, and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned per the CBAs.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required for operating a company vehicle.
• Safety‑sensitive position.

Local travel required with occasional out‑of‑town trips. Daily travel to job sites.

• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted to load and unload various products.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand during daily work and ladder climbing as needed.

Base salary range: $17.07 – $30.72 per hour, varying by factors relevant to the position.
