MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Reflections at the Marina in Sparks, NV. The ideal candidate will perform multi-trade maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, painting, appliance work, and turnovers, while delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in apartment maintenance (200+ units) and all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is required. Reliable transportation and on-call rotation availability are essential to succeed in this role.
