Perform routine repairs and refurbishment on mobile storage equipment by following standard procedures and work instructions;
Perform repetitive repairs: door and lock adjustments, minor hardware replacement, basic caulking and sealing, paint touch-ups, general interior/exterior repairs, repair of subfloor, tile, roof, walls, doors, windows, swapping wheels, tires and axles;
Complete general maintenance tasks: filter replacement, cleaning and preparation;
Remove and install decals and equipment numbers;
Complete assignments on Work Orders within established time frames
