All Star Rents is a family owned Equipment Rental business established in 1962 and is operated by the 3rd generation of family members today. Our 13 locations provide sales and rentals of quality construction equipment, tools, and vehicles.

This is a non‑exempt (hourly) full‑time position. Shifts are Monday‑Friday and regularly end by 5:00pm

• Servicing equipment or vehicles and completing inspections as needed
• Ordering parts
• Driving to job sites in the surrounding area as needed
• Prioritizing and facilitating repairs for the branch location
• Completing quality control inspections
• Loading and unloading equipment for customers and assisting with safety regulations
• Making equipment deliveries as needed
• Keeping safety top priority
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Partnership with Fleet Mechanics and Maintenance Technicians as needed.
• Maintaining vendor and customer relationships
• Attending and assisting with training as applicable
• Any tasks, processes, and procedures delegated by supervisor
• Maintain professional appearance as a representative of All Star Rents

Bootcamp training- 90-day hands on training program includes everything you need to know about service our equipment and customers the All Star Rents way.

• 18 years or older
• Valid CA driver’s license with satisfactory record – Class A license a plus!
• Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Be able to lift 50lbs unaided
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience required- servicing equipment or vehicles and completing inspection and repairs.
• Advance Tool Set- necessary to complete repairs.
• Computer Literacy
  - Typing and understanding computers/technology and basic software
• Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
  - Certifications a plus!
• Professional communication skills in English both written and verbal
  - Bilingual a plus!
• A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace
• Satisfactory Background check
• Pass 4panel drug screening
