Job Summary The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment; performing preventative maintenance; managing parts inventory; and identifying and correcting safety concerns involving both company- and customer-owned equipment. The technician will regularly interact directly with customers and may support multiple systems, locations, and customer sites.##

* Properly maintain and care for company property and equipment

* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Perform proactive troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities
* Identify and resolve equipment and operational issues in a timely manner
* Provide professional customer support and communication while onsite
* Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting## Candidates must meet company driving requirements, including completion of the following:
* Driver Application for Employment
* Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review

Required forms and documentation include:
* Driver Disclosure and Release
* Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement
* FMCSA Certificate of Awareness
* Driver Certificate of Violations
* Driver Statement of On-Duty Hours
* Road Test Documentation
* Valid Driver’s License
* Valid Medical Certificate##

Education & Experience Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements### ## Experience Requirements
* Ability to obtain required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
* Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
* Clean driving record required
* Previous technical or field service experience preferred
* 2–5 years of technical work experience, preferably in industrial or commercial process water systems##

Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems depending on business unit requirements
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision
* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly
* Ability to leverage customer feedback and field experience to develop effective solutions, including in complex or unexpected situations
