Honeywell Intelligrated is hiring Conveyor System Startup Techs for a new DC project in the Reno-Sparks area. You will perform mechanical and electrical checks on newly installed conveyor equipment, verify motor rotation and belt tracking, test safety devices, and prepare equipment for controls commissioning. This is a 3-month contract during the project startup phase.
Requirements- 2+ years of conveyor maintenance or installation experience
- Systematic startup and checkout procedure skills
- Electrical safety testing (megger, continuity, voltage checks)
- Belt tracking and alignment ability
- Strong documentation for startup checklists and punch lists
