Senior Field Service Technician

** Responsibilities*
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

+ Promote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company and customer safety standards.

+ Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, diesel, and related equipment.

+ Diagnose equipment issues and identify effective solutions to minimize downtime.

+ Maintain and manage parts inventory, tools, and company equipment.

+ Provide professional onsite customer support and communicate technical information clearly.

+ Work independently in the field while managing priorities, schedules, and customer expectations.

+ Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and other service personnel.

+ Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and required records.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

** Driving Requirements*
* Candidates must meet and maintain company driving requirements, including:

+ Completion of Driver Application for Employment.

+ Successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review.

+ Completion of required driver documentation, including:

+ Driver Disclosure and Release

+ Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement

+ FMCSA Certificate of Awareness

+ Driver Certificate of Violations

+ Driver Statement of On-Duty Hours

+ Road Test Documentation

+ Valid Driver's License

+ Valid Medical Certificate

** Education & Experience Requirements*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ 2-5 years of field service, mechanical, electrical, diesel, or industrial equipment experience preferred.

+ Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment in a customer-facing environment preferred.

+ Ability to obtain required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).

+ Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card.

+ Clean driving record required.

** Skills & Qualifications*
* + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience working with diesel-powered equipment, pumps, motors, controls, or industrial systems.

+ Ability to diagnose problems and implement effective repairs with limited supervision.

+ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and interpret technical documentation.

+ Experience using Microsoft Office applications and mobile technology tools.

+ Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

+ Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers and internal teams.

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve complex field issues.

+ Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and professionalism when representing the company onsite.

The estimated pay range for this position is $30 to $34 plus bonus.
