Key requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required in some cases) Willingness to learn and take direction Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work Ability to use or learn to use hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable working at heights or in warehouse/industrial environments Reliable transportation and good attendance
