Salute is seeking a Data Center Kitchen Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC systems at our Sparks, NV facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ovens, steamers, dishwashers, ventilation, mixers, fryers, and refrigeration units, under guidance of the Client Project Manager.
The role requires 4+ years in commercial kitchen repair, HVAC experience preferred, and EPA/608 license.
