This program is open to two types of candidates:
- You have graduated from an HVAC trade school or certification program recently and are ready to enter the workforce OR
- You have worked as an HVAC helper or apprentice in residential service (under 1-2 years of experience) and are looking to level up your skills and your earnings.

You've done the trade school or put in time as a helper. Nevada Heating will take you the rest of the way.
Our next paid apprentice class starts July 9th — seats are limited and interviews are happening now.

What We Need From You
- HVAC trade school graduate OR residential HVAC helper experience under 1 year required
- OSHA-10 and EPA certification preferred
- Tech savvy — comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Clean driving record for the past 2 years
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Available 40-60 hours per week for the full 6-week program
- Perfect attendance required — no pre-arranged absences during training
- Coachable, punctual, and ready to learn
- Those who are unable to pass incremental testing during the six weeks will be eliminated.
This program requires perfect attendance for all 6 weeks. Candidates who cannot commit to this requirement should not apply. No pre-arranged absences will be approved during the training period.
