Critical Facilities Technician

Our client, industry leader in building services, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the facilities operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

+ Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance

+ Diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions

+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role

+ Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Valid HVAC technician certification or license
