Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm

Pay: $21.13/hr | Job Level: 2

The forklift operator moves products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety for self and others. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with high productivity expectations.

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility. Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated areas to meet requirements. Load and unload palletized and non-palletized products/materials in or out of designated trailers and/or route trucks to meet scheduled delivery times. Ensure products/materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper dunnage is loaded on transport trailers to secure the load and prevent tipping or shifting.
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Ensure proper rotation of product.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and become certified within 1 month
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy
• Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business

Base pay range is $21.13/hr plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
