Overview

Q&D Construction is currently seeking 5-7 safety-minded, professional, and reliable Concrete Mixer Drivers who exhibit our values of service, integrity, and quality. Candidates that are a strong cultural fit can demonstrate that they are self-motivated, honest, and hard-working. Our CDL Mixer Drivers are essentials to the construction operation and work closely with project leaders on a daily basis. Q&D Mixer Drivers are dependable and they understand each project's hazards.

Our CDL Mixer Drivers hold themselves accountable for their safety and the safety of others on every project.

• Work closely with project leaders on a daily basis.
• Operate concrete mixer trucks in a safe and compliant manner.
• Maintain awareness of job-site hazards and follow all safety procedures.

• Class B CDL (Commercial Driver License) MINIMUM with experience driving concrete mixer trucks.
• Pre-employment DOT drug screening.
• Clean 3-year MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
• Current Medical Card; high school diploma or equivalent.

• Has obtained some concrete mixer driving experience.
• Is self-motivated to perform quality work.
• Works well on a team.
• Is able to follow directions, while also being self-reliant.
• Performs with a safety-oriented mindset at all times.

• Starting wage $26-$30 / hour.
• Tiered pay scale based on experience.
• Overtime paid daily after 8 hours.
