Salary Range: $27.00 To $29.00 Hourly
JOB TITLE: SHIPPING & RECEIVING LEAD
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Perform all shipping and receiving duties with emphasis on efficient department operation and external and internal customer service.

- Assess training needs, providing assistance as needed
- Coordinate daily pickups/deliveries. Ensure paperwork is available and accurate for drivers
- Pack orders to customer specifications and Future Form’s internal standards, verifying quality and quantity of all parts
- Process UPS/Fed Ex/LTL & dedicated shipments as required
- Load items in order of scheduled delivery
- Ensure load is safely secured
- Obtain signed delivery receipt (packing slip)
- Deliver and pick up product as needed
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels of all necessary packing and shipping materials
- Complete 5S Audits and assign 5S action items weekly
- Receive all inbound material and consumable products at door 2
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products
- Verify work order information including quantities and sign offs
- Process all outside processing orders
- Hardware and assembly kitting
- Issue product to work orders
- Distribute Open PO Report
- Stock Kanban areas
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and vendors
- Operate forklifts and reach truck safely and effectively
- Ensure vehicles checklists are completed by drivers each week
- Maintain the responsibilities of the ISO 9001 system in accordance with the requirements defined in the Quality Manual, and Procedure Level documentation
- Operate all company vehicles safely and effectively
- Keep work area and company vehicles clean and organized
- Assist with assembly projects as needed
- All other duties as assigned

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS OF POSITIONFollow all OSHA safety regulations and those set by Future Form Manufacturing
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION- Minimum three years’ experience in shipping/receiving
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Nevada driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass D.O.T. physical
- Able to drive trucks with manual transmission
- Forklift certification for all forklifts needed to unload raw materials
- Good knowledge of proper packaging methods
- Ability to record information
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to plan and schedule deliveries
- Able to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic math ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Applications and ERP Systems
- Knowledge of UPS system
- Knowledge of freight systems
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Good knowledge of tooling and hardware
- MRP/ERP experience
- Inventory experience

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must have normal vision (with or without corrective lenses) and hearing (with or without corrective hearing aids).
WORKING ENVIRONMENTShop and outdoor environments. Moderate noise level. Exposure to dust, heat and cold.
This position will require drug testing per company policy.
