Verify and pack all outbound LTL and truckload shipments for correct quantities and items;
Optimize and ensure accurate loading of all outbound trailers for integrity, proper sequence, and maximized shipment capacity;
Ensure the proper and safe loading of materials for transit to customers;
Assist in managing the flow of people, equipment, and product on the dock for order completion, incoming receipts, and inter-plant transfers;
Operate digital scales as needed
