• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to determine the issue.
• Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock‑outs.
• Build trust, problem‑solve, and be a calming presence for our members on the scene.

• No prior towing experience required (we provide top‑tier paid training).
• A customer‑first mindset and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work the 4:00 PM – Midnight shift, including weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles.
• Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day.
• Bending, kneeling, and stooping as required for service calls.
• Works in all weather and all traffic conditions.
• Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous.
• Service providers must provide a photograph for identification purposes.

  Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Base Pay: Starting at $22.75 per hour.
• Shift Differentials: Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 per hour depending on hours and days worked.
