Operate off-road dump trucks to haul earth and rock within the commercial job site;
Follow a strict work schedule of approximately 1012+ hours per day, Monday through Saturday;
Maintain readiness to travel and transfer to other job sites, including out-of-state locations;
Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate truck movements and ensure safe operations amid high site activity;
Conduct basic pre-operation checks and report any equipment or safety issues promptly
