This position leads a warehouse team in receiving, counting, auditing, quality control and shipping operations. The Warehouse Lead ensures production areas remain fully stocked, coordinates automated equipment where applicable, and engages the team to develop their skills. The role requires succession planning capability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Be punctual; overtime may be required.
• Perform order picking and auditing accurately and on time.
• Receive inbound goods and complete counting, auditing, and paperwork.
• Replenish pick lines and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Handle customer products with care to avoid damage.
• Wrap and flag outbound pallets properly.
• Operate motorized equipment safely and complete daily inspections.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow sanitation schedule.
• Show courtesy and respect toward staff and peers.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customer service.
• Be willing to learn new tasks and support customers above and beyond.
• Prioritize safety as a daily priority.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse experience including shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Forklift certification required or must obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment (fork trucks, cherry pickers, slip sheets, clamps).
• Experience with cycle counting, RF guns, auditing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to achieve team goals.
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and math skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
