Warehouse Associates play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring products are accurately received, picked, packed, staged, and shipped to customers.

This is a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, attendance, and attention to detail are highly valued.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Label, sort, and consolidate products accurately
• Load and unload trailers and containers
• Stage materials for inbound and outbound shipments
• Verify inventory counts and inspect products for quality
• Read and interpret shipping labels, packing slips, and warehouse documentation
• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with inventory counts and special warehouse projects
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds with assistance
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
