Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver – Total Safety

Serve as a member of the Warehouse Team responsible for receiving inbound purchases, stocking items, order fulfillment, and processing orders. The candidate will also drive a company vehicle for local deliveries as needed.

• Prepare and expedite shipments
• Determine method and mode of shipment based on customer requirements
• Compare identifying information on outgoing shipments to verify product counts against documentation
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment
• Follow labeling requirements for each customer
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with production requirements
• Drive a company vehicle for local deliveries
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent
• Operation of forklift and cherry picker
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Provide quality control for all outbound orders for accuracy
• Pass background and drug/alcohol test
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Clean and active driving record with a current valid driver’s license
• Time management to complete all regularly scheduled tasks on a timely basis
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Organized and strong time‑management skills
• Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems with minimal supervision
• Interpret packing slips accurately
• Fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms used by major freight carriers
• Familiar with proper packaging methods and interpret visual packaging requirements
• Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure and compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Warehouse experience
• UPS World Ship knowledge / Fed Ex Manager knowledge

• Occasional standing, walking, bending, climbing, and use of hands to handle objects and controls
• Reach with arms and hands, balance, and stoop as needed
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Work in weather conditions typical of the warehouse environment with minimal noise levels
