Job SummaryA 3PL warehouse in the Sparks area is now hiring experienced Forklift Operators. This role requires hands‑on experience operating reach trucks, order pickers (cherry pickers), and sit‑down forklifts. Associates will spend the majority of their shift on powered industrial equipment while also cross‑training in RF scanning and general warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for dependable operators looking for steady weekday work.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Operate reach truck, order picker (cherry picker), and sit‑down forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load, move, stage, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and place product from racking using elevated equipment.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete orders accurately.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (cross‑training required).
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Previous experience operating reach truck and order picker required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for the entire shift.
- Steel‑toe shoes required.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
