We are looking for operations team members to join our warehouse and distribution environment. Positions are essential, non-retail, non-public roles. PPE is provided to all employees.

CompensationCompetitive pay comprised of:
- Hourly compensation
- Weekly performance‑based bonus

- Daily Pay providing immediate access to earned wages
$100 weekly production/attendance bonus – up to $21.50/hour
Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. You will perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders, and shipping products to clients. This is a full‑time position with benefits starting day one.
The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to cross‑train across the distribution departments and specialize in a specific area.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits
- Research, reconcile, and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies
- Ensure proper product locations and warehouse slotting accuracy
- Investigate and report inventory shortages, overages, and damaged product
- Coordinate with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings to management
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock issues
- Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and quality standards
- Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment as required and certified
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce inventory errors
- High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Willingness to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
