We are looking for operations team members to join our warehouse and distribution environment. Positions are essential, non-retail, non-public roles. PPE is provided to all employees.

$100 weekly production/attendance bonus – up to $21.50/hour

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. You will perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders, and shipping products to clients. This is a full‑time position with benefits starting day one.

The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to cross‑train across the distribution departments and specialize in a specific area.

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits
• Research, reconcile, and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies
• Ensure proper product locations and warehouse slotting accuracy
• Investigate and report inventory shortages, overages, and damaged product
• Coordinate with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy
• Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings to management
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock issues
• Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and quality standards
• Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment as required and certified
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce inventory errors

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Willingness to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
