Overview
The Error Resolution role researches and resolves discrepancies with shipments, locations, or product. They are responsible for quickly and accurately locating missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities- Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities.
- Understand and accurately process short ship orders.
- Identify, correct, and record mill errors.
- Review selected customer orders prior to shipping.
- Operate powered lift equipment if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred
- Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
- Positive, collaborative attitude toward the Company, job, customers and co-workers
- May be required to complete and maintain lift operator certification in compliance with OSHA recommendations
- Ability to follow directions and adapt priorities as business needs require
- Excellent problem-solving skills

DC Warehouse (Equipment):
The employee is required to stand, walk, talk and hear. Lifting up to 60 pounds, operation of powered equipment, full range of motion of neck, head and back, and frequent manual reach are expected. Visual requirements include close, color and peripheral vision and depth perception. PPE may be required. Work is performed in a moderately noisy warehouse environment with potential exposure to dust, varying weather conditions, and machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
The environment is fast-paced and may be hectic.
