Logistics Associate
Our client, a leading organization in the technology infrastructure sector, is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team in Sparks, NV. As a Logistics Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Logistics and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Sparks, NV
Pay Range: $20.00/HR (Weekly Pay) + Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K Saving Options
Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract
Job Functions:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock support for build and repair activities
- Receive parts, maintain accurate inventory records, and check out parts to technicians and engineers
- Load and unload shipments, transporting parts between different locations within the facility
- Keep precise records of all commodities entering and leaving the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces to ensure a safe working environment
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift loads of up to 49 pounds and carry them for short distances
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Ability to read and follow directions in English
