Warehouse Associate

Criterion Supply Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse operations in our wholesale distribution environment. In this role, you will receive and inspect inbound shipments, accurately pick and pack industrial, construction, and safety supplies, and stage orders for delivery to key contractor and business clients. You'll help maintain inventory accuracy, keep the facility clean and organized, and follow strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time
• Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse aisles, racks, and staging areas
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
• Collaborate with team members and drivers to meet delivery schedules
• Use basic warehouse or order-entry systems to update order status
