Homecare Nurses Needed for Days and/or Nights in Sparta, IL.

Tuesday/Saturday; 9pm–7am

Saturday/Sunday; 7am–5pm — Hours Flexible

Licensed Practical Nurses Needed for multiple shifts available in Sparta, IL.

• 1 on 1 patient care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician' s care plan, the individual plan of care, and as authorized by the client's payer source
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Monitor patient conditions including fluid intake and output; document patient charts
• Assist patients with daily activities
• Provide emotional support

• Active IL Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior experience with G-tube, Trach, and Vent care preferred
• Must be cat friendly
