What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services as needed
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Education:

    Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar customer relationship management tools
