Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Contract | Contract-to-Hire

Location: Sparta, IL

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation: $17.00 – $18.50/hour

• Assemble cable trays using hand and power tools
• Package parts according to work instructions and quality standards
• Safely operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Use a hand pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Learn and assist with operating a brake press machine
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Steel‑toed boots required
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
• Ability to pass a drug screening
