Ridgeview Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Developmental Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth in young learners. The ideal candidate will be committed to differentiated instruction, play-based learning, and strong classroom management to support all students' success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education
• Experience in early childhood or primary education is preferred
• Strong understanding of child development, play-based learning, and early literacy & math instruction
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state and district curriculum standards
• Implement effective classroom management strategies that foster respect, responsibility, and independence
• Work collaboratively with grade-level teams, support staff, and administration to ensure student success
• Maintain open and positive communication with families through conferences, newsletters, and digital platforms
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school-wide initiatives
