Pay Range for this position is: $134,000-$200,000 plus annual bonus, depending on experience and geographical location.
Position SummaryThe Regional Operational Excellence Manager reports to the Director of Operational Excellence and is based in any of our five beverage locations. This individual will be responsible for guiding management teams in implementing an Operational Excellence methodology and culture as well as lead and coordinate high-level continuous improvement projects.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the year.
Primary Responsibilities- Leads and designs Manufacturing Operational Excellence goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the factory.
- Utilizes systems and digital tools to track and extract data
- Build dashboards for OEE, downtime, breakdowns, yield, and other manufacturing data to drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Employs TPM, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies to accomplish business objectives.
- Assists with development and review of specification sheets, CILs, Centerlines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Engages in Safety and Quality culture by active participation in meetings and investigations.
- Guides factory team to establish corrective actions, preventive actions, and process controls to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
- Assists Production and Maintenance to achieve OEE, Yield, and Cost per Case goals by analyzing machine downtime, speeds, and waste.
- Facilitates Factory strategy sessions to achieve organizational goals.
- Trains both hourly and salary staff on systems and data analysis
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) or equivalent
- Five or more years in manufacturing operations
- Continuous improvement project experience
- Experience training and developing others
- Experience implementing a TPM and/or Lean Six Sigma culture
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Analyze data by creating and manipulating a pivot table in Excel
- Experience with machine downtime tracking software
- ERP knowledge
- Willing and able to occasionally work evening shifts to observe operations and train others
- The position requires a high level of creativity, exceptional organization, change management, and project management skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks with the capability of prioritizing and planning work activities.
- Must be able to coordinate all operational aspects of diverse project work and work productively with a wide range of people and job levels, both internally and externally to achieve objectives.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality of all interactions and communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Experience in the food/beverage manufacturing industry
This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a production setting.
