General-Formulations in Sparta, MI is seeking an entry-level trainee to learn setup and operation of the Glue and Inspection area under the direction of the coating operator. You will help ensure material is produced within specification at target speed and assist with handling materials for the Glue Room.
You will operate glue pouring systems, check coatings for defects, monitor adhesive reservoirs, and contribute to housekeeping and setup during job changes.
