Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational excellence and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Sparta, MI
Pay: $17/hr + $1/shift premium
Shift: 2nd & 3rd
What's the Job?- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures.
- Document production data accurately and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
