General Formulations in Sparta, MI seeks a packaging assistant to prepare skids, boxes and labels for each shift and ensure proper boxing and skidding of rolls produced on the line.
The role requires safe operation of pallet jacks and the ability to follow job specs, while helping the operator with loading cores and splicing bulk rolls when time allows. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with manufacturing experience a plus.
