School Registered Nurse; RN in Sparta, MI

• Active RN or LPN license, current and in good standing
• Previous experience with pediatric patients, especially with ventilator and trach care
• Ability to manage complex medical needs and respond confidently in emergencies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to caregiving

• Provide attentive 1:1 nursing care to a student who is vent and trach dependent throughout the school day
• Arrive at the student’s residence by 8am to accompany them on the bus to and from school each day, ensuring safe and consistent support
• Deliver comprehensive clinical oversight, including respiratory management, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with relevant care teams and guardians
