School Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Full time M-F | Sparta, MI |  School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a 1-1 School Nurse for the 2026–2027 school year in Sparta, Michigan
. This is a full-time, in-person 1:1 position serving a student with health needs. If you’re passionate about student wellness and want to work with a values-driven, therapist-run organization, we’d love to hear from you!

  August for the 26-27 school year
• In-person only

• Valid Michigan State RN or LPN license
• Experience working with medically complex individuals a plus
• Pediatric experience
• Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
