Qualifications
  • Active RN or LPN licensure (state eligibility required)
  • Pediatric experience, especially with vent and trach-dependent children, strongly preferred
  • Comfortable providing 1:1 care and monitoring a single student throughout the day
  • Ability to ride the bus with the student to and from school
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous, attentive care to a vent and trach-dependent student during school hours and transit
  • Arrive at student’s home by 8am for bus ride to school; return approximately 4pm
  • Manage all health-related aspects of student’s plan of care, including monitoring, medication administration, and emergency interventions as needed
  • Work closely with educators and family to ensure seamless care
