If you live in the Sparta, Rockford, or Cedar Springs, MI area and have strong automotive knowledge, we want you to join our team as a dependable, customer-focused individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Be the face of the company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
- Conduct all activities using a customer-focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
- Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in-person communication, and more.
- Establish deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide.
- Support customers’ needs by offering all product options and exemplifying our "Never Say No" values.
- Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Contribute to daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
Full time, up to 40 hours per week. 9 am-6 pm, Saturdays on rotation.
Store HoursMonday-Friday 7:30 am-6 pm, Saturdays 8 am-3 pm.

Auto Parts Counter Sales – Sparta, Rockford, Cedar Springs
Job Requirements- Previous 2 years experience in the automotive field.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations; no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25, in the past 5 years if under 25; no more than one at-fault accident.
- Ability to comply with all physical requirements, including pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms.
