Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
About the RoleWe're seeking experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where your clinical skills and compassion will be valued every single day.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document accurately; report adverse reactions per policy.
- Provide bedside care for a wide range of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases.
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret and record electronic displays.
- Initiate corrective action promptly when a patient displays adverse symptoms.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
- Educate patients on surgical procedures and ongoing care.
- Record all medical information, vital signs, and care notes concisely, accurately, and on time.
- Participate actively in discharge planning.
- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and patient education abilities.
