Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to clients in Sparta and surrounding communities. Work with a 24/7 clinical support team, receive personalized training, and choose a schedule that works for you.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to clients in Home Health settings.
• Use clinical judgment and evidence‑based practices to meet individual care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic charting (Cubhub).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate with client families.
• Provide patient education and support for self‑management of health conditions.

• $27–32 per hour in North Carolina (dependent on commitment and shift).
• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN (minimum 24 hours per month) opportunities.
• Daytime and overnight shifts with 8‑, 10‑ or 12‑hour options.

• Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
