Staff Accountant

As our Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day accounting functions and month‑end close activities.

Sparta, TN.

Full‑time. Exempt.

• Preparing and posting journal entries during the month‑end close
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
• Managing daily bank accounts
• Reconciliations, cash receipts, and cash postings
• Preparing and filing monthly sales tax returns
• Creating and distributing sales commission and royalty reports
• Processing and posting Concur transactions and related reporting
• Assisting the Controller with corporate reporting and special financial projects
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to improve processes and solve problems proactively
• Supporting continuous improvement through training and professional development

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
