Customer Service Representative | Domino’s
This is a part-time and full-time role at Domino’s, located in Sparta, TN. Address and resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all patrons. - Sales Contribution:
Actively participate in upselling initiatives to enhance customer orders and overall sales. - Financial Operations:
Accurately handle cash transactions, processing payments and providing correct change. - Operational Support:
Maintain a clean and organized customer area and assist Pizza Makers with essential tasks such as topping preparation and dough handling.
- Background:
Others. An understanding of customer service best practices and prior exposure to a retail or food service environment. - Experience:
Demonstrated experience in direct customer interaction, order taking, and general front-of-house operations is beneficial. - Skills:
Proficient in clear verbal communication, cash handling accuracy, customer greeting, and basic problem-solving to address customer needs.
