Edu Care Early Learning Center is looking for a Co-Teacher/ Assistant to join our team!

• Assisting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines
• Creating a safe, loving, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs
• Supervising meals, rest time, outdoor play, and classroom activities
• Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary learning spaces
• Following Tennessee DHS licensing requirements and center policies
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

• Experience or a genuine passion for working with children ages birth through 6 years
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
• Pass a background check and required health screening
• Professional, dependable, and committed to confidentiality
