As an Employment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—matching job seekers with the right roles and helping businesses grow with top talent. You’ll handle job orders, recruit amazing candidates, and hit performance goals—all while building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and manage client job orders with precision
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform background/reference checks
• Understand client needs to make successful placements
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Achieve individual and team goals for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on hiring trends, labor laws, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree/certifications a plus)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to type 40+ WPM
• Comfortable leveraging social media for recruiting
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• Knowledge of employment laws is a bonus
