SAP FI​/CO Architect

The CSI Companies is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Architect to support a growing manufacturing organization. This role will serve as a key liaison between Finance stakeholders and SAP technical teams, leading the design, optimization, and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions across global initiatives.

This is a high-impact opportunity to drive enterprise SAP transformation efforts, with a focus on improving financial processes, system efficiencies, and cross-functional integration within a complex manufacturing environment.

Location: Sparta, TN

Pay: Starting at $125k per year

• Serve as the SME and Architect for SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, CO-PC)
• Lead SAP FI/CO implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and global rollouts
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end finance and controlling processes, particularly within manufacturing
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with technical (ABAP) teams
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit standards
• Support system integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and third-party tools
• Provide advanced support (Level 2/3) for SAP FI/CO issues and enhancements
• Develop user documentation and deliver training to key stakeholders and end users
• Stay current with SAP innovations (S/4
  
  HANA, Central Finance) and recommend improvements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, and CO-PC
• Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations (S/4
  
  HANA preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP integrations across modules and external systems
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC6
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA Finance, Central Finance, or FSCM
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Knowledge of BPMN for process modeling and documentation
• German language proficiency is a plus
