, you will ensure that data integrity powers everything we do.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sparta, TN
, and a critical role in helping Wilson deliver on its promise to athletes everywhere.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
- Maintain and update master data records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Support ERP (SAP) maintenance and optimization, including production identifiers and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to ensure seamless data integration.
- Assist with database management, data migrations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Generate and maintain automated reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Troubleshoot data issues and support business systems improvements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, or related field.
Technical
Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with databases and basic scripting (SQL, VBA, JSON) is required.
- Knowledge of Filemaker is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and navigate new platforms and programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
