Oven Operators

Express Employment is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operators to join a production team in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for operating industrial ovens used in the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting production standards.

• Operate and monitor industrial ovens according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Load and unload materials or products into ovens safely and efficiently
• Set oven temperatures, timers, and controls based on production requirements
• Monitor product quality throughout the heating/curing process and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of oven equipment
• Accurately document production data, temperatures, and cycle times
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (oven or heat‑related experience a plus)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Comfortable working in warm environments
  
  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
